This image is from my Cape Cod series.

This artwork was sold as a 8.00 x 5.50 Luster Photo Paper to a buyer from Watertown, WI.

This Cape Cod road trip would start in Illinois with stops in Indiana, Ohio, New York and end in Massachusetts.
This September trip to the beautiful State of Massachusetts would last nine days with most of my time spent on historic Cape Cod. From the Cape Cod Canal area (Upper Cape) through Barnstable County up to Provincetown (Outer Cape) and over to Martha’s Vineyard (Nantucket Sound) with a beautiful boat ride.

This being my first trip to tour the state of Massachusetts I enjoyed the open sea views from the boat rides along with the panorama shorelines and the salt marshes. The quaint homes with a New England appearance, the surprisingly endless DD shops and all of the shop keepers that I chatted with.
I was thankful for touring this area during the end of the season which gave me time to enjoy the shops and towns and shorelines without the endless flow of tourist.
